How to post a comment:

2. If there are comments, scroll down to the last one and click on "Post a Comment." (in small white letters)
3. Leave your comment in the box.
4. Select other for identity and type your name in the name box.
5. Then click on Publish My Comment.

I think sending out a list of the traits to parents at the beginning of the year (Parent Orientation) and asking them to come in and speak on a trait would be a great start. Even just having them do a read aloud with a focus on a trait would be beneficial.
